UK Shipping Rates

Our standard delivery to a UK address is charged at £5.95 and you can expect your purchase(s) to arrive between 1-3 working days.

There is FREE POSTAGE & PACKAGING for orders for over £100.00.

All our parcels are shipped via Dpd on their express tracked service. When you place an order with us you will receive end to end tracking so you can feel rest assured about your delivery. You will also be able to update the delivery details through the tracking links and update the driver at any point.

*Please note: Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday or Weekend will be shipped on the next available working day

Collections

You can also opt to collect your order from our shop in Hungerford or at 227 King’s Road, Chelsea, for which there is no cost. We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

International

We are very happy to ship to all corners of the world. However, please note that when a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. Once the order has arrived in your country, it is your responsibility to liaise with the carrier in your country. Any fees incurred can be unpredictable and are the buyer’s/your responsibility.

The cost of shipping to European countries is £14.95 via Dpd (typically takes 4-5 working days). Orders being sent to the rest of the world via Dpd and will be charged at £29.95 (typically takes 3-6 working days).
